MRPeasy Users Report 67% Average Improvement in Inventory Accuracy, 54% Boost in Operational Efficiency
In the first months of the year, we conducted a short survey among MRPeasy users about their experience with the software and the improvements they have seen since implementing it. Here are the results!

Likeliness to recommend the software
Likeliness to recommend a product is a surefire way to gauge the general satisfaction of its user base. The respondents can provide a number from 1-10, with those scoring from 7 upward generally considered satisfied customers.
Remarkably, 84.5% of the survey respondents gave a score of 7 or above, demonstrating great overall satisfaction with the software. 47% gave a score of 9 or 10 while only 15.5% of the surveyed responded with scores from 1 to 6.

On-time delivery rate
On-time delivery is a key performance indicator in manufacturing. This question helps us understand how MRPeasy aids in accurately estimating lead times, creating air-tight production schedules, planning materials, and increasing delivery reliability.
Our users reported a 39% average improvement in their on-time delivery rate since implementing MRPeasy. This improvement highlights the ability of our software to provide accurate lead time estimates, refine production schedules, and increase delivery reliability.

For the third year in a row, our clients saw an average improvement of 54% in operational efficiency, with 14.5% saying that their efficiency has improved by more than 100%. This significant increase reflects the role of MRPeasy in streamlining workflows and reducing waste across departments.

Clients reported a 67% average improvement in inventory tracking accuracy, with 26.8% of the respondents saying that their inventory tracking accuracy has improved by more than 100%. This showcases that MRPeasy does a great job of helping companies achieve greater visibility over their inventory, prevent stockouts and overstocking, and achieve traceability in their supply chain.
