Richard has over 30 years of practical experience working in manufacturing companies including in Quality and Operations Director roles within the electronics manufacturing industry. With Smart Manufacture, he has led implementations of ERP/MRP software in a diverse range of both make-to-order and batch manufacturing companies in electronics, precision engineering, furniture and woodworking, metal fabrication, food, and the health and beauty sector.
